Vishram Bapat Ji's spearheading of SatvikRitu.in is remarkable for women's health, wealth, and roles in society. SatvikRitu is a well- rounded effort to help women learn about many issues connected with menstrual period. I am glad this organization is led by mostly women engineers under Vishram Ji's support. Bapat is a loving father of two daughters who are medical doctors as well as a loving husband of a wife that supported him during his busy and stressful engineering entrepreneurial days. Women have Nari Shakti by the grace of Creation itself and women's health and biology are a reflection of the work, which gets done by such power, in many societal aspects. We all need to understand and appreciate the regular cycle of women's biology during their reproductive years. This can only happen if we educate ourselves about menstrual cycles and help eliminate the societal stigma surrounding menstruation.
